Client Performance Guarantee

Our performance guarantee & price list sets out the standard which our clients can rightfully expect from the business too. we always strive to improve the standard of our service and while this is not a legally binding contract we hope it demonstrates our commitment to our customers.

Booking Appointments

Appointments are taken either over the phone or in person at the salon. In appreciation of our clients who re-book their next appointment within six weeks, we will present them with a discount card offering a £5 reduction on the cost of their next cut and style.

Refreshments

A choice of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, chilled mineral water, bucks fizz, wine, spritzer and beer are always available for clients of the salon.

Products

At the business too quality is of the essence and we use only the very best quality products, chosen for the benefits they provide for the client and not on price. we also try where possible to purchase products that are kind to the environment.

Training

At the business too we recognise the importance of continuous comprehensive training so that our staff at all levels have the opportunity to improve their level of expertise. as such each member of staff attends at least three independent training courses each year as well as regularly attending our own in house training school.

Pricing

Our price structure reflects the educational level of our stylists which is determined by training and practical experience.

Cancellations

Thankfully the business too team are generally always busy, due to this we do run a cancellation list and would greatly appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Deposits

When booking appointments for Technical services such as Colour or KeraStraight, a £40 deposit is required. If you wish to cancel your appointment, we will need a minimum of 24 hours notice, anything after this time period will result in loss of deposit.

Guarantee & Complaints Policy

At the business too our aim is to provide complete satisfaction, as professionals we believe you must be truly satisfied with the service you receive, if you are not, please return to the salon within seven days and we will of course make the necessary adjustments free of charge, and if you are still not completely satisfied your money will be refunded in full, thank you.
